Alan Millikan

Alan has over 30 years of health care experience in North Carolina. He has worked in small, medium and large community, governmental, and academic facilities as a clinician, as well as in operations management, business development, strategic planning and marketing. During his career, he has held numerous front line, clinical, managerial and leadership positions within a number of community and regional, tertiary hospitals.

In addition to his direct health experience, Alan also has a unique knowledge of community based health care environments and their medical partnerships. He has planned and implemented numerous comprehensive clinical programs which have benefited community providers and their patients.

His undergraduate (BSN- 84) and graduate education (MHA-91) were at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
